simpliestui is a simple and transparent design system for building my web projects. It's tailored to my needs and workflow, but it can easily serve as a boilerplate for basic websites in general. It is clearly inspired by SkeletonCSS - in fact, its early versions were derived from it - and it gradually evolved into a fully independent design system.
